The Port Carling Lions Club was established in December of 1945 and since that first meeting, the Club members have been serving our community together. Where there's a need, there is a Lion!

Student Bursaries
Deadline for Application is December 21st, 2025.
If you are a student presently enrolled in post secondary education, and your home is in the geographical region served by the Port Carling Lions Club (Port Carling and Bala Communities), you are eligible to apply for the Port Carling Lions Club student bursary.
Hanna Park
Skating Rink
Every winter, the Port Carling Lions Club grooms a skating rink at Hanna Park in Port Carling. Volunteers are always welcome to help make the ice, or to help shovel - we have fun outside in the winter on this project:) Contact portcarlinglions@gmail.com if you’d like to help out!
Check the Port Carling Lions Facebook Page for updates on rink status. We get started as soon as we have a good cold stretch with no snow, typically shortly after Christmas, and we try to keep it going into March as long as we can!

Funding for Groups and Individuals in Need
Currently, the Port Carling Lions Club provides financial as well as service support to various clubs and community needs groups. We also provide individual support for specific requests for those in need. We can only help if we know there is a need, so please reach out to us at PortCarlingLions@gmail.com if an individual or group in our community needs support and you think we can help.
